We’re honored to be a part of your carefully curated travel accessories, and we don’t take it lightly.

You have our full support. Fraser Kit is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on your purchases, as it relates to materials and craftsmanship. Our warranty does not cover any misuse of the product, accident, neglect, or user error. Coverage also does not apply to any gradual aging of the materials, or general wear and tear. Once we receive your item back in our office, we’ll examine its condition and advise on next steps! We’ll keep it stress free, so you can head on the road again.

On Shipping

It’s on us. Fraser Kit will accept all return shipping charges for goods that need our care. Rest easy, your meticulously created piece is in expert hands. Please note that we are not responsible for loss or damages caused by the shipper.
